Shipping & Delivery

Shipping
Due to the variety of products we offer and its differences in production labor all our items have different processing times. Our shop items take 4-5 business days for processing. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Occasionally our shop will go on short breaks and we will have a disclaimer on our announcement bar of the processing time during these times.

Once processed, we will send you an update email notifying you that your order has been shipped and will provide you with the tracking information. Thank you for your continued patience and support.
 

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders ship via Skynet. You will receive a tracking number to the e-mail used at the time you place the order once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
International orders ship via DHL Express. Please note international orders vary in time. Some orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place.

Cancellation or Changes
We accept returns within 20 days of receipt. Product must be returned in unopened condition for a full refund. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. The cost of shipping originally paid will NOT be refunded. Once product is received and inspected, we will refund the order, less the original shipping cost.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
