Semi-Custom Guide


ORDER PROCESS & TIMELINE

1. Customising your Wedding Suite
Browse through our Semi-Custom Suite Collection and Artist Collection and select the design that best suit your wedding theme.
You will be prompted to fill out the number of sets you need, invitation language, printing method, wedding monogram and envelope colour. If you need any help with the customisation or don't understand how it works,
feel free to contact us and we can go over the details together.

2. Placing the order
Once the full payment is received, we will contact you within 1-3 working days with the forms you need to fill out for the invitation. The design timeline starts when we receive your the complete details.

3. Design & Revisions
You will receive an initial digital proof of your invitation suite within 7 working days. Please review all of the information carefully and make sure everything looks as it should! Two minor revision is included after you see the first proof: this covers any changes to information/wording as well as slight tweaks to the font type and colours. 

4. Production & Shipping
After the proof has been approved, the files will be sent to the printer. Production typically takes about two weeks. Once it's printed, your order is inspected, counted, and carefully packaged and shipped to you. Please read our Shipping & Delivery guide for more information
 

ENVELOPE COLOURS
We have carefully curated a range of envelope colour choices for your invitation suite. Each colour coordinates beautifully with multiple designs of the invitation card.

PRINTING METHOD

Digital Printing
Consist of laser printing that produces high quality text and colours on 300gsm textured paper. The finished invitation will look crisp, clean, and smooth.

Foil Printing
A specialty printing on 300gsm textured paper that gives printed materials a metallic effect, adding an elegant and distinctive appearance on the invitations. Foil colour options include gold, rose gold and silver.
